The performance involved Vinson dressed as a tramp clown dragging along a trunk on wheels with an American flag design on it, traveling from Sylmar to the California Capitol Building on foot, by bus, train, and by hitchhiking. When at the capital, Vinson removed tattooing equipment from their trunk and tattooed the court case for Roe V. Wade, section one of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the First Amendment title on their leg. After tattooing themselves, Vinson traveled back to Sylmar on foot, by bus, by train, and by hitchhiking.
